OVERVIEW

Welcome to LiftPro Solutions. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to LiftPro Solutions, a store owned and operated by Roman Ivanov.

LiftPro Solutions operates this store and website, including the related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through it (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced below, describe the conditions that apply when you access our website or purchase our products.

Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under the law applicable to you.

When purchasing products or creating an account, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, and payment information.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and promptly correct information that may affect your order.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell or transfer your account to another person.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND COMPATIBILITY

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, compatibility information, and specifications.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of manufacturing batches, coatings, lighting, and screen settings. Such variations do not remove your rights if a product materially differs from its description.

Please review the product description and compatibility information before ordering and provide accurate vehicle details when requested. Compatibility may depend on the vehicle’s configuration, suspension type, and modifications.

If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us before purchase or installation. We may request the vehicle identification number (VIN), make, model, year, generation, drivetrain, suspension type, or photographs to help confirm fitment.

If we confirm compatibility based on accurate and complete vehicle information supplied by you, and the product we supply is nevertheless incompatible, we will resolve the issue under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in this section excludes our responsibility for inaccurate product descriptions or incorrectly supplied items.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, our suspension products are intended for vehicles with standard original-equipment suspension components. They may not be suitable for vehicles with air suspension, modified suspension, non-original springs, lowering springs, or other aftermarket suspension components.

Please compare the received parts with the vehicle’s original components before installation. Do not install or modify a product if you believe it is incorrect or defective.

Professional installation is recommended. Wheel alignment and inspection of suspension components may be required after installation.

Product descriptions, prices, availability, and specifications may be updated for future orders. These updates do not retrospectively change an accepted order without your agreement or another lawful basis.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from LiftPro Solutions. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance and successfully process or authorize payment. An automated acknowledgment of receipt alone does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including because of product unavailability, a pricing error, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate customer information.

Please review the selected product, vehicle compatibility, quantity, delivery address, and contact information before submitting your order.

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it is physically handed over to the carrier. Creating a shipping label or issuing a tracking number alone does not mean that the order has been dispatched and does not prevent cancellation.

After the order has been handed over to the carrier, you may request a return after delivery under our Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds for confirmed cancellations will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of cancellation confirmation, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund.

If we need to change an accepted order materially, we will contact you for agreement before proceeding. If we cancel an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled items and applicable shipping charges.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

Product prices and currency are displayed on the website. The agreed price appears in your order confirmation, subject to the provisions concerning pricing errors below.

Shipping charges and any taxes or other charges collected by us are displayed at checkout before payment. We do not add undisclosed handling fees after an order is placed.

For deliveries to the United States, LiftPro Solutions covers applicable import duties as described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

For other destinations, import duties, local taxes, and carrier clearance fees may be payable by the customer unless included or collected at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information and be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Ukrainian Treasures Inc. may appear as the payment recipient on your bank or card statement. Ukrainian Treasures Inc. acts as a payment intermediary and is not the seller of the products.

LiftPro Solutions, owned and operated by Roman Ivanov, remains responsible for orders, customer service, shipping, returns, and product-related claims.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping destinations, dispatch locations, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, tracking information, and import arrangements are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Processing time is separate from transit time. Please refer to that policy and the shipping option displayed at checkout for the applicable estimates.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses, and international transportation disruptions may affect delivery.

A tracking number may be created before the carrier physically receives the parcel. Tracking activity may be limited while a parcel moves between logistics partners or transit hubs.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. If an address is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assist with corrections where possible and explain any applicable redelivery costs before reshipping.

If a parcel is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution under our policies and applicable consumer rights.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to you or a person authorized by you to receive the order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND REFERENCES

Website content created by or licensed to LiftPro Solutions, including text, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, and the arrangement of content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping and other lawful purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Vehicle manufacturer names, model names, and third-party trademarks may be used to identify product compatibility. Such references do not, by themselves, imply that a product is manufactured, approved, sponsored, or endorsed by the vehicle manufacturer.

Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, LiftPro Solutions suspension products are aftermarket products.

Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of intellectual property belonging to LiftPro Solutions, Shopify, vehicle manufacturers, or other parties.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Our website may provide access to tools, applications, or functionality supplied by third parties.

Optional third-party tools may be subject to the provider’s terms and privacy practices. Please review those terms before using them.

We do not control every aspect of third-party tools and cannot guarantee their uninterrupted availability. However, using third-party providers does not remove our responsibilities as the seller or limit your mandatory consumer rights.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

We do not control the content, availability, or privacy practices of those external websites. Please review the relevant terms and policies before providing information or making a purchase through them.

Questions about an independent third-party transaction should be directed to the relevant provider. Questions about purchases from LiftPro Solutions should be directed to us.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform used by LiftPro Solutions.

Purchases through this store are made from LiftPro Solutions. Shopify is not the seller of our products and does not fulfil our orders or provide our product warranties.

LiftPro Solutions remains responsible for customer support, shipping, returns, refunds, and product-related claims concerning purchases from this store.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded by the relevant party.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY

Vehicle fitment and installation depend on the specific vehicle configuration, suspension condition, and modifications. Please follow the product instructions and seek professional assistance where needed.

We cannot guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption or technical errors. Website availability limitations do not affect our obligations concerning accepted orders.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable consequences of our breach, or for business losses arising from a consumer’s use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products, or any other matter where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These provisions do not limit your right to receive a refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy required by applicable law.

These Terms, your order confirmation, and the policies referenced here form the terms applicable to your purchase and use of the website.

The Return and Refund Policy governs return and cancellation procedures. The Shipping and Delivery Policy governs shipping arrangements.

If you identify inconsistent information, please contact us for clarification. No inconsistency will be used to reduce mandatory consumer rights or retrospectively remove a commitment made when we accepted your order.

A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive our right to enforce it later, subject to applicable law.

SECTION 21 — TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

A transfer of contractual rights or obligations may take place only where permitted by applicable law.

If we transfer the store or its operations, the transfer will not reduce your mandatory consumer rights or remove obligations relating to existing orders.

SECTION 24 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and updating the date shown above.

Changes apply prospectively. Orders already accepted remain subject to the terms applicable when they were accepted, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.

Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes or obtain additional consent.
